The following factors should be considered when selecting a Jeweler:

Is the person you are dealing with a jeweler or just selling  jewelry?   It's an all too familiar fact that most people selling jewelry are

Does the store have a good reputation.  Ask your friends for referrals on the quality, service and level of satisfaction after the

purchase.
